Crown Boston Style Ale Yeast (New England) 11,5g is a special strain for the production of ale traditionally produced on the East Coast/New England in the USA. The strain produces very fruity esters, especially tropical fruits. The sedimentation characteristics are low contributing to a final beer with a natural suspended cloudiness characteristic of New England beers. Alcohol tolerance is medium up to 8% ABV. Dosage 11,g=20-25 liter.
